Great product and service for even better price
What do you like best?
The design looks great, it's intuitive and very user friendly. They got real customer support, and they get me my customized solutions within minutes after I ask for it. These customized solutions are really a great idea, one time I asked if they had recurring payments on the accounting part of the platform. I wanted to keep track of pumpers and overheads, the expenses that we always have every month so my accounting department did would have an easier time with those and within 30 minutes they gave me a whole working module. They did it so fast and it all happened over a Saturday night. They pick up the phone and answer emails on the weekends which is a huge plus for me.
What do you dislike?
Nothing to complain about. These guys are fantastic.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I needed to take care of all my production reports, getting them separately from my pumpers was not the most efficient way to do it. But with Petrofly, everything is just connected and streamlined together. From production to accounting, they are doing more than I thought I would need on a software. Everyone is saving so much more time, not just me.
