What do you like best?

Makes client interaction much easier. Some clients prefer this method of communication to phone call interaction. Clients are able to view services for their animals and schedule services that are due without having to wait to speak with our client services department.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes clients requests do not come through due to technical issues.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Really great for increasing compliance with clients. Only downside we have seen is that sometimes clients requests won't come through. Their accounts show them they have something scheduled, but the appointment doesn't come through on our end.

Clients with smartphones are able to access patient records, schedule appointments, and earn pet rewards towards services.
