What do you like best?

The pricing was fair and the customer service did get back to me quickly, however that was really the best benefit I could find from it.

What do you dislike?

The product didn't work, I had made test accounts to make sure it would send out email alerts multiple times and they would never send out whenever I would finish a walk. That and customers were required to have accounts and log in their walks into the schedule themselves. As the business owner I should have the right to put a walk into the schedule without the need of a customer's account.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

The customer service does get back to you quickly. But they definitely need to fix a few things like scheduling walks and making sure that emails do properly send out.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

To finally find pet program that works properly. The benefits of that is keeping a better organized business, keeping track of employees and their pay better as well.
