What do you like best?

It is giving us the opportunity and flexibility we need with our fast growing company. There are numerous challenges like a constantly growing number of employees and hierachy levels. With its constant developing of new features and API we feel confident to be able to tackle the challenges of the furture.

In addition to that we are running our entire recruting with Personio.

What do you dislike?

Some new fetures could have been deployed faster. It would be nice to assign deputy roles.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our main challenge is the rapid growth of the organisation. Therefore we need to be able change positions, teams and hierachy levels constantly. Furthermore Personio is giving us the opportunity to manage large teams with regard to taken holidays and time of and make sure that everyone can work from home when needed.

A huge benefit is the API. We are starting to use it with our software for a flexible booking of tables and workingstations. This aspect specifically is new to us and we are happy that Personio is giving us the flexibility we need.
