What do you like best?
I love using this app as a consumer and a user. It has helped my brand in developing content for live streaming events, answering FAQ questions, announcing contest winners and great use in general for bridging the gap by producing authentic content between our company and our customers.
What do you dislike?
It is a smaller platform compared to Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter. A few glitches here and there, but overall, pretty good.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It's important to us that we create an authentic voice of our brand and business and Periscope allowed us to do that by connecting to others in a candid manner.
