Oversold, under delivered

What do you like best?

The feature sets listed were amazing. If only it could do well everything the platform can technically do...

What do you dislike?

Nothing "just worked." We wasted so much time trying to figure out how to set things up.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Make sure PeopleVine fully understands your use case and goals and put it in writing. "We can do that" was the stock answer I heard for every question during the sales process, but after we started all I heard is "you never told us you needed it to do that. We can build the feature, but you'll have to pay for it." Perhaps the platform can actually do everything it claims it can, but they will have to set it up for you (for a cost) because you will never figure it out on your own, at least without banging your head against the wall.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Creating landing pages, CRM with data/reports, sending emails triggered by certain customer actions, transferring our websites to PeopleVine. None have worked as well as we expected.
