What do you like best?

I can search and select the classes I want to register in. It takes care of transcripts and grades which I can see anytime.

When I was a grader, I could take attendance of students seamlessly.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes using the Interface is difficult. I remember it took me two weeks to get used to it because it can be hard to find things in it at first. I mean, it's the only tool available, hence we use it but the scrolling process while taking attendance can be improved as well.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

For students it is great tool to have but for teachers it may be a little difficult to get used to at first but it does the job. It would be a great tool for Course enrollment and maybe a better tool can be used for grade management.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

One place solution for all things related to courses, grades, transcripts etc as a student. When I was grader, I used it to take attendance of students. I think I enjoyed using the tool more when I was a student as I had one place for all things required for my studies.
