The reasons why I like Panomtech Web Based ERP as an IT consultant is due to to Its well designed User Interface, simple and intuitive with a relatively small learning curve. This ERP has a wide range of functionalities and well designed modules that enables automation of activities in Learning Institutions . Some of these key functionalities that Panomtech offers are; Students admission management, Accounting & fees management, Staff management, Examination Management, Library Management, Transport Management, Time table Management, Student information Management, Communications through Sms, Attendance Management, Curriculum management. This app also has HR and Payroll Capabilities for staff.
This platform has a wider scope of use and can be implemented in a wide variety of learning institutions right from primary, secondary and tertiary academic institutions.
The fact that the system is fully online based can be a disadvantage in case of slow internet which affects performance and slowing of operations.
There is little a user gets regarding on customization to suit his/her needs.
There are not yet Offline PC and mobile versions of the app
Panomtech Educational Web Based ERP is only available in English limiting International Use.
The company should pull up on Customer support.
