What do you like best?

PeoplesHR software has helped drive efficiency across the business. It facilitates the bulk upload of data from Spreadsheets which saves us a lot of time and generates reports easily. This software is great for SMEs who are looking for an affordable option as compared to its competitors. With the mobile app, the team can upload expenses on the go. Also, the customer service is outstanding.

What do you dislike?

- Some of the settings are difficult to find and change. It would be better if all of them are present at one centralized location.

- The UX is a bit clumsy and it would be best if we could customize it- for example, there are a lot of items listed on the lefthand toolbar (training, notifications, news), and if I could remove the ones which I will not require I don't have to scroll down to find the things I use.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Reporting and exporting is really easy with PeoplesHR especially with very Builder which can be given to teams to extract reports and information relevant to them.
