pdfDocs - another alternative to manipulate PDF files

What do you like best?

pdfDocs is another option, among many others, to edit and manipulate one of the most used file types in the world. With so many tools, it is difficult for a new tool like this to stand out. However, I really liked the merge / append option that the tool offers. In addition, it has other standard tools: annotations, file conversion. The interface is just OK, but it does its job. The tool also integrates with Microsoft Office, which is a good option. The function of converting a PDF text to text in Word, although a little slow, has fulfilled its function, especially with regard to formatting.

What do you dislike?

I believe that the main problem with pdfdocs is that it is just another tool among so many more famous ones in the handling of PDFs. I found the tool a little slow at times when converting and creating files. Another problem that will affect users is that many features are present only in the paid version of the system, which is not cheap.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Look for the tool if you need more advanced features, such as merge / append files. Otherwise, a free tool must fulfill its role.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The tool is mainly useful in the task of merge / append multiple files. This was very useful when I wanted to join several documents in one file just to make it easier to store information. The tool will deliver as promised, but I still prefer other, more famous tools that have been on the market for longer (PDFCreator is an example)
