Great option when you need remote support
What do you like best?
Works well. We use it to access desktops that run POS software at retail locations.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes there is lag, but I'm not convinced it's the software. It could just as easily be the connection.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try. It's a small investment, and even if it's not a long term solution it will help you find that solution when you're ready for it.

When users (employees) don't know how to use the software on their desktop we can walk them through it.
