What do you like best?

works great for a small company of our size. It allows us to use a local company for all of our payroll needs. we have multiple codes also which they can custom build for us. like that there is an employee portal.

What do you dislike?

wish there was easier reporting and service levels. sometimes response times are slow especially for urgent issues. wish there was more proactive service for things that affect us at a higher level like tax credits. they also have issues sometimes with accurately having limits met for retirement.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

we get payroll done easily! they have a good portal to allow us to upload a complex payroll monthly. employees also can go directly there to see their pay stubs we don't have to send them out.
