Paycom has been a great application that allows me to check information and payroll changes
What do you like best?
Paycom allows employees to check information including payroll rates, view pay stubs, check and update employee information, adjust deductions, etc., all thru a convenient app and website. I have used other programs that were difficult to use, but Paycom makes it user-friendly. I have used Paycom with my last 2 employers; and the application/access varied slightly with each company. This allows the company to adjust and modify the software to be able to best fit their needs.
What do you dislike?
I think Paycom could improve their menu to include more quick links instead of providing a dropdown tab then having to click again. Quick links that I access frequently are accrued PTO hours and approved time off rates. Paycom has created a way for companies to modify the software based on their companies needs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
From an employee's perspective, Paycom allows employees quick access to all information related to their payroll, time off accruals, pay stubs, deductions, etc., thru a convenient website or cell phone app. I have had great experiences with both the Paycom website as well as their app!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I am an employee, but I feel that Paycom allows me to check and adjust information without requiring me to contact the HR department through email or phone call to make changes to my information. It saves paper by allowing changes thru the app or website and avoids filing paperwork for minor changes to deductions, address changes, etc. By allowing the employee more access to make changes and check information, the company is saving money
