Use Patronum for free with 22d

What do you like best?

I love the ability to easily share contacts with the team. It enables us to have a simple shared contact system that we control and enables us to show the callers we have stored in our CRM and synced with one Google Account.

Additionally, it is super easy to automate our user management for our admins and have them controlled by our People Management team that does not currently work with an HR tool. We give them access to a restricted Patronum account to create, manage, and disable end-user accounts and have the rest of Google Workspace segmented away from them.

The marketing team loves the automated signatures too.

What do you dislike?

I'm not too fond of the fact mass edits of file sharing settings and other huge tasks across the entire domain still require us to use GAM.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Consider the amount of time you, your team, or other teams spent doing repetitive tasks and see if this product can help alleviate most of your problems.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We solve for missing sharing settings in contacts and the missing Google Voice integration with our CRM. These stop our call center team from understanding who is calling them. Enabling contact sharing between a central account and all call center people resolves this issue mostly.

Additionally, we save time on repetitive tasks.
