Google Apps Backup Service for G Suite

What do you like best?

It is very easy to use and can keep all of GSuite's data. It shows tabs for the data stored for each GSuite service individually. The service itself is good and works,it lacks some "professional" features that some other backup services have but it will be enough for most work environments using Gsuite. It does not make the computer slow as some other backup applications do.

What do you dislike?

It is a very robust application and from the en user's point of view, it can be a little bit overwhelming with tons of information. If you plan to deploy the service, it should be done with some change management plan so users get to understand what it can do and how they can use the service. We created an infographic that explained how it could be used and what it could do to make it simpler. There are not many tutorials online either.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

This little application can give you wonders. You can install it for all of your domain or just for your own user. Keep in mind that it gives you lots of features and information and can be a little overwhelming for non tech users.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Helps to keep information backed up in case if emergency. Look at it as an insurance. Nevertheless, information can be lost if users don't have a clear idea on how they can use the application and leverage the best features on their benefit.
