Versatile toolbox for asset centric delivery and analytics to optimize content impact

What do you like best?

The fact that everything in the tool is assets-centric while pulling in data from all other, campaign or account centric systems such as Salesforce and Marketo to render an asset-centric point of view to content creators, managers and analysts.

What do you dislike?

Single dimension for categories / taxonomy feels very limited if you want to leverage the tool to also render your resource center on your website as we do.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Definitely consider using it as your main repository for current public content - this way maintenance is very organic as this becomes your own, internal asset library at the same time and combines that view directly with the impact metrics needed to determine which pieces in your content repository actually work, and which ones do not.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Creating a central repository for public facing marketing collateral that is plumbed into all delivery scenarios so that we'll receive content or better, asset specific usage and impact metrics to optimize future content creation prioritization and optimization.
