Slow, but works

What do you like best?

I like how well it integrates with Harvest, it makes processing hours reports for clients easy and automated.

What do you dislike?

It's really slow when in the UI. Billing has also been a problem.

It does what you need it to do, but it's slow which is frustrating. Simple to use, solves a problem.
