Free Scheduling, Slick Time Clock Feature, Great Support

What do you like best?

Scheduling works flawlessly, we were able to do sub schedules under a department which helps keep things manageable.

The timeclock feature has everything you would expect from an expensive solution at a fraction of the cost.

They have stellar support and really go the distance to make sure you are handled. Chat has always been available when I have needed it.

Good documentation.

The ability to use it for multiple locations and even differing organizations is nice, I can toggle back and forth between locations and companies with ease. (LOVE THIS)

Clock out questions are a newer and very helpful feature.

What do you dislike?

I really don't have anything bad to say!

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Give it a try! Don't let the affordable price deter you, it is a great solution. I have rarely found a company so willing to listen to their customers needs and follow up with implemented changes.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I have recommended this product to many clients, most are using a very dated system or no system at all.

Many benefits not limited to the following:

-Allowing staff to access schedules, make shift requests and communicate via chat has allowed replacing multiple systems with one.

-Timeclock has customizable geofencing feature to allow staff clock in on mobile devices as well as kiosks

-California compliance can be tricky, Opensimsim takes a lot of the stress out of that by staying on top of the ever-changing rules.

-Break reminders and OT warnings help us keep labor costs down.

-Integrates with ADP (and other payroll systems)
