Caring C-Suite & Altruistic Management

What do you like best?

The high level executives of the company are easy to reach out to. They make us, their client, truly feel like we are part of their business, they make sure that we are reaching our objectives through the platform and also reach out to us frequently to check-in and make sure that our experience reaches our expectations. They are ready to take the time needed and engage in meetings to help us plan the partner onboarding process but also take care of any worries or obstacles we might face. The portal itself helps us keep track of thousands of leads registered by hundreds of partners which would be chaotic without provision of their SaaS.

What do you dislike?

The platform is still at its early stage and there are some limitations in terms of formatting entries although their support & engineering team has a very fast turnaround for quick fixes. Helping the team improve their technology by providing feedback is actually part of our engagement with PartnerPortal. We take any challenges as an opportunity for us to help them become better and enjoy doing so since we know our feedback doesn't fall on deaf ears.

Partners are an essential part of the growth at Events.com and PartnerPortal helps us facilitate the management of elaborated paperwork with our partners and also keep track of referrals in a one stop shop.
