My experience has been mostly flawless, I enjoy using Pardot.
What do you like best?
I enjoy using templates that were previously created. I also like how multiple in my team can work on emails within the marketing tab. This helps with production speed and keeping emails organized. I enjoy seeing the content I created on the calendar, helps me stay organized while tracking progress.
What do you dislike?
I do not like how it restricts email edits to one user at a time. It would help if multiple people could work on an email at the same time. Sometimes the formatting is very stubborn. No option to undo previous edits, this can sometimes ruin the whole email because the edit may mess up the format.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I am able to create multiple emails with ease. I was unable to do this with other email creation platforms. I have realized that it is beneficial to keep all projects on one platform.
