An incredible partner and technology to drive recruiting innovation
What do you like best?
It really starts with the product and the partnership. I've had the opportunity to work with Paradox at two different companies and they always deliver above and beyond my expectations. We're using Paradox specifically to automate administrative tasks in the recruiting process — candidate screening, interview scheduling, candidate Q&A, and more — and the product's helped us create a real advantage in a very competitive market.
I think what I appreciate most is that Paradox treats every client like they're the only client that matters. We've worked with them on some custom features — like an algorithm to instantly personalize our assistant personas based on location. And the time our AI assistant is saving our team is incredible. We're able to instantly engage candidates after hours, which is huge in our market. The assistant can screen in real-time and automatically schedule interviews on the spot when we come across qualified drivers. It's been a game changer for us and has helped us really redefine recruiting in the trucking and logistics industry.
One recommendation: Don't undervalue partnership when you're evaluating technology like this. It's critical to find a vendor who understands the industry and can work with you to co-create a solution that makes sense for your use case. We've gotten exactly that and so much more from the Paradox team, and can't wait to keep pushing the limits in our industry together.
What do you dislike?
There's really nothing we've run up against that we don't like. The technology works. We're seeing measurable results that quantify the impact. And the Paradox team is always there to help when we need it.

Spend time getting to know their people and build a relationship. They have a ton of experience in the recruiting industry and can be a great strategic advisor as you think through transformation and change management.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We've taken a process that used to be desktop and browser drive and made it completely mobile and frictionless for our candidates. They can easily find jobs and apply via text, right in a conversation, so we can convert candidates right at the point of interest. Our AI assistant also helps us screen candidates in real-time for minimum requirements, automate interview scheduling without our team needing to do anything, and respond to any candidate questions after hours, which is huge for the people we're trying to hire.
For results, 35% of our candidates are now having conversations after normal business hours (allowing us to get to those candidates first), 99.95% of candidates rate their application experience positively, and we're now automatically scheduling interviews with qualified applicants within 3 minutes after they apply.
