What do you like best?

Papertrail is very easy to search for errors and user actions, easy to use, logs are logical and verbose

What do you dislike?

Sometimes the search is a bit fickle and you need to be very specific but for general search it is perfect

It's a great add on to heroku apps

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
