What do you like best?
Look and feel of panaya testing tool, Its option to manipulate the test cases as per customer requirement.
What do you dislike?
The approach of getting panaya access seems to be difficult. While raising access request it confuses with lot of options (i.e. Manager, tester, Executor, etc). Can't we have easy access options like read access & read & write access?
