Advanced user of Oxygen CRMOxygen CRM is easy to use and very simple software. It is the best customization software in the market. The great advantage in this software is that their account and tracking system for relationship are so simple and great. This software provides the complete customer relationship management and it allow me to link with the social media. All of its features are very outstanding and easy to use for the new users. Moreover, it is one of the best customizable CRM platform.
It has little storage capacity for documents and it does not allow to create the work group and sales projects. The main disadvantage of this software is that the platform does not have the enough features for sending emails. It is a little bit complicated software as compared to its competitors. Oxygen CRM is very useful software, but this software does not solve all the problem at one time.
I like the software because it provides the great solution to store the data in a more efficient way. It has the ability to create the tasks and projects in a better way. It is the best software for small and medium size business companies.
