Astonishingly bad customer service
What do you like best?
The look of the emails. So far they are not helpful at all.
What do you dislike?
Everything else. I am in the middle of a customer service nightmare with them. It feels like it's a game to them, and unfortunately, it's infuriating to me. The sales team lied to me about what they provide and what I would still do to be able to produce my emails and content. They are refusing to correct the technical issues I have experienced using their platform, and the most infuriating part is they refuse to talk to me about it. You are not provided with a direct line to your account manager, and your account manager will flat out refuse to talk to you, as will their supervisors. Forget about trying to downgrade your account, the people who handle that are too busy to talk to you as well. They tell you you need to schedule a time to talk to your account manager, soonest theyre available, 2 WEEKS FROM NOW!!! Want to downgrade so your not wasting so much money on them, you have to schedule for that, when is that person available, they don't have an answer for that, but they will be in touch with you.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
They have been of no benefit so far.
