It was very surprising when I see how easy it is to create complicated reports.

What do you like best?

For me, the most valuable feature is availablity of using existing PL/SQL code. Also possibility of multiple format export.

What do you dislike?

I think the main downside is, limited end user options to customize reports. Also limited analytical features.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Creating operational reports. It is very easy and less time consuming.
