Proven, Agile and Robust Terminal Operating System

What do you like best?

Firstly the team understood best the business requirements as is, and they are also having a good background in operating the business themselves both, terminal operations and shipping operations through their affiliated companies. Secondly, having this background allows the team to quickly grasp further enhancements and features to enrich the system further to meet customer expectations.

What do you dislike?

Having only containerized operations background sometimes limits their knowledge on other types of operations such as breakbulk both liquid and solid bulk.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We don't have any proper system at the moment. With our growing business and complexities especially running a private terminal where we need to operate and manage end-to-end operations of this part of the business, we need a system that can support us to do so. OPUS at least had given us better visibilities and control of our daily operations in real-time; this is a significant improvement from our current manual process.
