Advanced user of OptionTraxI value the customer service and their timely feedback. Their staff is very knowledgeable and have helped me with numerous reporting questions.
I find that it is sometimes hard to find the reports that I need on a regular basis. For example, if I generate a report in one month and then try to search for that same report in a later month there is no useful report name. I have tried to search for reports in the search bar and the report names are not always consistent.

We previously utilized an excel-based, internally-developed model. This model was subject to error and overall issues with model integrity. OptionTrax allows us apply amortization methods and know that our assumptions are being applied consistently across our various equity compensation agreements.
