Advanced user of Optima HospiceLove the set up with the tabs & face sheet display. LOVE THE IDG forms section and love how it pulls all the info from within the documents. Josh in support is the best! You can configure the software and tailor it to your hospice needs/wants/desires.
I like that we can configure the software and tailor it to our hospice needs/wants/desires, but its a lot to do so. I would like most of that to be done and we just change stuff as we need when it comes up.
I wish there were a easy to read step by step manual that comes with the software.
