What do you like best?

The features we have to manage the services, we can unify, escalate, orchestrate and investigate the incidents and critical applications. Opsgenie is a modern incident management platform for operating always-on services. Strong support team, very good dashboards, very good management interface, very strong inregration with ohter vendors. Great and nice to have tool for my experience.

Ability to manage all the incidents and the notification. A lot less of head pain with this tool. Help too mutch my internal team
