I would like to see an app. Maybe there is an app but it has not been advertised to me. I feel that if there was an app it would enable me to leave reviews more quickly and often, as well as check what people are reviewing about my company!
I would try to reach out with Opiniion and try to compete or even take over the google reviews that are so common! I think it is nice to have a website completely dedicated to reviews of companies and helping them to change and improve, as well as give customers a better look at what they are looking at getting into.
