New-age, user friendly scheduling system

What do you like best?

Using a system like OpenTempo gives staff access to their schedule and their coworkers at any time, they can instant message others and use it like any other social media site.

What do you dislike?

I would like to have one big group of all staff, regardless of their title/position/POD, where you can scroll through and have their contact info listed whether they are scheduled or not.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Elimination of paper schedules, real time tracking for requests and staff have the ability to be more autonomous with schedule changes....we are saving large amounts of trees now.
