What do you like best?

With Openoffice you can, without a doubt, fill your needs when dealing with all kinds of documents, be text, sheets, or more, and all for the excellent price of 0. It also has a version for all the popular SO and works with all windows versions. It also doesnt need a very powerful computer to work. It performs very decent even with old computers that have low ram, old cpu or that use mechanical hdd.

What do you dislike?

It has son incompatibilities when dealing with files created with the Microsoft solution because they dont have certain features implemented thus leading to out of range text, some kind of filters not working correctly or even not working at all or out of place items. Sometimes its just something visual, but sometimes it will lead to not being able to work with the file at all. Also, the UI needs and upgrade, because it looks a bit dated by todays standards when comparing to other companies solutions. Other than that, it works flawlessly in all kind of environments, specially if you work with openoffice files.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I can without a doubt recommend its use because it works with most SO, most computers even if they are old and has almost everything you will need to work with documents. Also its free, and that's clearly a plus.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It allows us to work with all types of documents without worrying about the price, or missing some options, and that is very important in todays office work, because everybody uses documents.
