What do you like best?

System is easy to use and Ed has been very responsive to questions and adjusting of documents when needed.

What do you dislike?

At times Ed's email goes to my spam. I have not figured it out but keep an eye out for his email and move it to my inbox when it happens.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

They have great customer support and I have appreciated their system for sending out bulk email. It is better than other applications I have used.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We utilize pipedrive as our database for tracking client activity. Open Moves is able to connect and communicate with pipedrive so that I am not having to update data in two locations. Weekly reports are very helpful to track open activity.
