What do you like best?

This COTS application has scheduling of your Instrument system made easy. Also the application support archival of data from applications like Empower also.

What do you dislike?

The older version of openlab is the one I dislike because the application had many issues compared to the new one. We even had archival happened in duplicates and took a lot of storage

Recommendations to others considering the product:

There are many archival systems but as far as it goes openlab give a safe environment and good backup architecture

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Mainly archival is not something all instruments comes with and even if they do they will work only for that particular application but having openlab we can do archival for many application at same time.
