Great Program for Town Permitting!
What do you like best?
We use ViewPoint to permit special events, photo/film shoots, and camping events in a small mountain town (population ~6,000). I love the fact that this program has streamlined our timing on applications and permits by a large margin. I also really appreciate having a support team online and available every day and they are always very quick to respond.
What do you dislike?
We are still fairly new to the program, so most of our issues can be solved after asking a quick question to support. Right now the one thing I would like to see is the ability for an applicant to electronically sign a document that is sent to them at the end of the application process.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
This program has immensely streamlined our permitting process by allowing all departments to have 24/7 access, ability to comment and review applications for all to see, and by shortening an application turnaround time by days, even weeks in some cases.
