What do you like best?

The ability to work with the team in Cambridge who helped us to build our database server. The software was quick to implement and easy to setup with admin and user privileges.

Building the question forms was easy enough once you had read the documentation thoroughly.

Building users and admins for other clinical research stations was easy to do with the ability to make stepped changes to the versions and keep version control.

Small file backups with the ability to save result codes for interpretation and analysis.

What do you dislike?

It was hard to see what the output of the data would look like in order to form a view of the research results

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It is worth joining the forum to discuss any queries you have regarding setup. The software has beeen going for some time and most questions can be quickly answered.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The software is well thought and modified over time so development is not lost in producing a research tool from scratch
