Advanced user of Open-SchoolOpen-School has opened a world of opportunities for our school district, especially with the online enrollment functionality and the calendar. Paperwork has been significantly reduced. We now have a single point of contact for all the parents and students in our district. We are happy with the support and its quality. The UI design of this application is so beautiful which make it more user friendly.
There were some issues where the complete source code was not uploaded for enhancement. That was a little problematic. Nothing major though. The SQL issues really were the only issues we ran across. We just tweaked our build.
Use it, try it. As I have stated previously, I did enjoy the product when we had it. We just transitioned to another software at the beginning of 2018.
Problems, not really problems we are solving. It is really helping reduce paperwork through out our district. It is easy for everyone to use, from faculty to parents. We only used it for a couple years, I personally miss it as the district went with another, "cheaper" software.
