What do you like best?

I like how it freed up a lot of work and task from our clerical staff.

What do you dislike?

I disliked the that even though it reduced and freed staff it just really wasn't worth it for my company.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would recommend it to companies that it meets their needs but in my company it did not. I'm assuming that you want my complete honesty.
