What do you like best?

When I am looking to proofread or check the grammar on simple assignments that are less than 2-3 pages, this is the type of page or site I would go to. It is free, open for anyone to use, and is worldwide in that it provides the user to change the language if needed. It is very easy to use so that a writer or editor on any level can utilize it without much direction. It also offers more than just spelling and grammar. It will also give you suggestions for different word choices as well.

What do you dislike?

Though this is easy to access and use, it is clearly meant for those who are editing general documents and ones that are not very long. Plus, it does state at the top of the page that it is for general grammar checking, so it does let the user know this ahead of time. For anyone like me who is past the graduate level and working on more intricate writing pieces, it is not the best choice as it only lets you copy a portion at a time and if you have anything above 1-2 pages, this would get very tedious for the user, most likely causing them to look elsewhere.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

As a professional writer online and in media, I find that this is the perfect type of site to use for short emails, ad writing, Facebook posts, etc. It is free which is appealing to most since many grammar tools are now only for subscribers who pay monthly or yearly fees.
