ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS APP - SUPPORT SUCKS

What do you like best?

I have used this App for the past 2 (+) years. I have enjoyed this app and the features have always met what I was looking for.

I have had no issues ion the past storing my data in this App and accessing this app anytime I have needed the information I entered into the App. I have over time entered some 250 (+) Passwords and Important pieces of Information. It is truly incredible how many passwords we have in our lives and it is nice to have ALL that information in one location securely protected with 256 bit encryption, yet (I thought) easily accessible!!!

When I started with this application, I had an iPhone 6 Max. I then transitioned to the iPhone XS Max and there were NO ISSUES with this transition at all. It integrated with my phone easily and I continued using the program with no issues. Even though I went from Fingerprint access to Facial Recognition, the transition was smooth.

When I Upgraded my phone from the iPhone XS Max to the iPhone 11 Pro Max, the transition was not as smooth. I went from facial recognition to facial recognition only on the new phone, it REQUIRED my password this time... Why? Not sure... But guess what, after one year of NOT EVER typing a password on a Facial Recognition entry system, guess what... I FORGOT IT...

Well, after NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS, I contact support, and got little to NO help from them in my URGENT TIME OF NEED. After many attempts, I finally remembered the password and got into the system. Oh brother what a relief!!! Luckily I did not ENGAGE their "Self Destruction" mode which only give you 10 attempts at entering your password correctly or ALL content is erased... WOW! I am glad I didn 't do that!!!

As I continued using my app on my NEW iPhone 11 Pro Max, during one of the recent Updates, 13.2, my App started Force Closing... I could not figure out what to do. I went to the App in the App Store and clicked on the Support Link and guess what... None of the Support Links in the iOS Store worked. They were ALL broken links.

I then went to the Lunabee Support page for OneSafe+ on the internet and contacted Support there on December 4. On December 5th, I received a response back from "Oliver - Lunabee Support)" and he advised that he was forwarding my issue to the Developers to address my issue.

SEVERAL MORE DAYS go by and NO FURTHER RESPONSE is received from Lunabee Support at all... On December 10, I decided to UNINSTALL and REINSTALL the App on my phone to see if that would fix my issue. BAD MISTAKE!!! It cleared the APP up and now it opens and I can navigate around the app now but ALL my Passwords are ENCRYPTED and UNRECOGNIZED by my phone and require an Authentication of some sore, PIN, PASSWORD, PATTERN, or TRI-PIN in order to access the data. I have TRIED EVERYTHING I know of and NOTHING is working. In this APP, I have only EVER used one PIN and that does not seem to work now for some reason... I again CONTACTED SUPPORT on December 10 TWICE due to no response to my URGENT REQUEST for assistance with my issue.

I sent in another Request today December 12 and as I write this REVIEW here, I have NOT HEARD ANYTHING as of yet either.

The APP is an excellent APP EXCEPT for ANY obvious means of getting into the system when issues out of your control happen. I am not sure what else to try, or what I can do as of right now. I have asked for assistance in importing a NEW BACKUP of my entire data but NO ONE RESPONDS. I am not sure that my data did not corrupt somehow when my system updated from 13.2 to 13.3 recently!

FRUSTRATING, FRUSTRATING, FRUSTRATING with the LACK of RESPONSE from these guys and ANY OBVIOUS way I can recover and enter the APP to recover my passwords.....

What do you dislike?

SUPPORT or LACK THEREOF... NO ONE RESPONDS WHEN YOU ASK A QUESTION... Well actually, they did respond ONCE and forwarded my complaint to "Developers" and since it has been CRICKETS!!!

SUPPORT OF THIS APP SUCKS... I had no issues for the last two years I have used this App. But when you do have an issue, LOOK OUT... Doesn't appear to be anyone there ABLE to respond to complaints or for SUPPORT of any kind!!!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I was solving the problem of MEMORIZING ALL the different passwords we use on a Daily Basis and are expected to remember. It is nice not to write them down yet know you have the handy when they are needed yet know they are protected with 256 bit encryption when you don't actually need them.
