What do you like best?

Just been in a lengthy support chat with Troy what can I say he is my personal integration saviour, sat with me the whole way hand holding my complete novice hand as I synced up my platforms to xero.. what a hero!

10000 points to the house of troy! give that man a raise! (not forced or incentified he just really went above and beyond to help my entire novice self get up and running!!

What do you dislike?

Nothing much yet but it's early days!... as a new user tom these types of systems it is all a little daunting I think some more clear onboarding about the cost of importing data older than 30days would be nice but that's more an aspect of how new I am to all this!

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Their support has been one of the best experience I've had with the software of this type highly recommended on that front alone!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Big-commerce integration, etsy & xero, the idea of having it all work in the background is great for me because frankly, the idea of continuing to do my tax manually is horrifying to me haha!

these sorts of multi-platform integrations are absolutely essential for modern e-commerce!
