What do you like best?

Potentially (if it WORKED) the automated system to sync data between two systems that have no native integrations

What do you dislike?

Buggy. Lots of downtime/issues with sync. When it goes down, having to cross-check what was missed is very time-consuming and can have serious financial impacts if anything falls through the cracks with your customer data.

Recently, absolutely terrible customer service. Used to be they would be pretty quick on the response but they completely bungled a transition to the new Zoho CRM API 2.0, leaving their transition to the absolute last minute, during the Holidays, and leaving their customers scrambling to make sure their sync was rebuilt over Christmas and New Year. Since then (mid December 2020) our sync has not worked properly and I have been waiting 10 days on a response to a critical support issue that is preventing our customer data from syncing and is changing values that cause reports to be wrong and transactional data to be missed. No responses to my emails every few days for more than a week. No phone number to call.
