What do you like best?
I love the proactive nature of OnePoint's service department. They have helped our company set up Leave Management when all the rules were changing due to the Pandemic. They communicate with us frequently and really have helped us transition to a remote workforce. I am never left with questions about the solution. I love their new LMS and the way the product is always coming up with new ways to help our team.
What do you dislike?
They over communicate during COVID about issues we were not having so it seemed and sure enough we ended up needing all the items like LMS, Touch less Time Clocks, Covid Safety issues, Training Employees Remotely, Understanding the new Payroll Tax laws and Leave Management. At first we ignored all of it, but as we learned from this we now are engaged in everything they send us as it helps our business...so really nothing we dislike.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I do not usually recommend payroll companies because it's a mixed bag of tricks...however after a few years with OnePoint I can say that I would strongly recommend OnePoint to even family members...and we have.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We were having service issues with last HCM company. We never got a straight answer from them. We would call get a "NO" then call back 10 minutes later and it was a yes. It always felt like we knew more about the product than our service provider. At OnePoint I can assure anyone reading this that you will have an experienced Service Provider with the staff to back you up!
