What do you like best?
I like this tool for its OCR capabilities and user friendly UI. I use it very frequently to capture the texts from the images for my business, and it serves the purpose very well. I have used other products from the market too but the OCR accuracy for this product is much higher as compared to its competitors. I have been using this tool for many years and have seen it getting better with time in every releases.
What do you dislike?
The processing power required for this tool is on a bit higher side due to which it freezes sometimes. These minor bugs needs to be fixed soon.

These product is among the leaders in its catagory so people should definitely give it a try and then decide to continue using it or not.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I had problem in the batch processing of lots of Image files simultaneously but this tool have helped me in converting thousands of unclear images into clear and accurate text documents with minimal manual interventions. It saves a lot of my work time. It does the document conversions from PDF format to MS Word documents very well.
