What do you like best?

I like the way Omnia take care of their customers.

It could be a complicated product at the beginning but the Omnia team is really helpful and present to help us and onboard on the project.

We learn some fascinating information about our competitors in other country with Omnia. It is a powerful tool.

What do you dislike?

I don't know what I dislike. Maybe more videos and tutos could be great at the beginning to understand all the possibility we have with Omnia and how everything's works.

Omnia university is really good but could be more complete.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use it to know better our competitors in other country and to develop our price strategy.

We have a huge catalog and different product manager so with Omnia they work all with the same tools and can adapt their strategy by categories.
