What do you like best?

I love OpenInvoice!

The program is so easy to use, and has the ability to work for so many different customers that we work with daily. By using this program, we can literally turn every invoice to digital via OpenInvoice in less than a minute and get it paid for so much quicker by doing so!

What do you dislike?

It can sometimes get a little finicky here and there but for the most part it is very user friendly.

The most difficult part is really perfecting the customers way of doing things.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I highly recommend this to anyone invoicing with single tickets (it saves so much time) or to anyone looking to speed up the process of getting invoices approved and paid quicker!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are definitely saving time, catching more mistakes before sending out the invoice, and have the ability to correct everything before finalizing the invoice and making it more difficult to fix had we not have caught it in advance.
