What do you like best?

OHMD is very easy to use and the team is always thinking of innovative ways to helping medical practices be more patient friendly while enhancing the patient experience in the best way possible. It has really allowed us to communicate easily with our patients and vice versa as well as helped us keep our schedules in line with the tools they provide to help paperwork be succinct. Also, all communication between you and the patient is automatically filed into the patient chart for future reference with an easy check mark вњ”пёЏ button!

What do you dislike?

There have been only a handful of times when there is a short lag when toggling between chats, however once you refresh it corrects itself!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Ensuring we are providing the best patient experience possible by maximizing time spent in office getting dedicated care vs filling out paperwork. Being able to communicate directly with office staff on patient care needs. Unloading the phones with phone calls for questions that can be easily handled via text. Integration with the EMR system allows discussions/issues to be officially documented which is vital in medical practice.
