Powerful, user-friendly platform!
What do you like best?
We made the transition from another platform to Office RnD about 10 months ago. The team was very helpful in migrating all of our data and we were trained and utilizing the platform in record time. It is easy for our members to access information, book rooms, and make payments. There are a lot of use cases for how we can utilize Office RnD to serve our members and they are always adding new features to make it even better. I have never one regretted making the change to Office RnD.
What do you dislike?
I wish there was a way for the dashboards to be viewable at different lengths of time. For example, I can see resource utilization for each month but it would be nice to view it for the whole year instead of calculating that manually.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Billing is very easily tracked for both members and non-members who utilize our resources.
The Member Portal makes it easy for people to view and book conference rooms.
Sending contracts and invoices is much easier through Office RnD than it was in our old system.
