Easy Interoffice Communication tool
What do you like best?
Versatile, can use on the desktop or cell phone. Create multiple groups. Communication is captured at Admin level and saved for review if needed.
What do you dislike?
I really cannot think of much I don't like. Certainly not anything they can fix, I don't think. The box pops up in the middle of my screen, interrupting my work sometimes. I suppose I can turn off the alerts. If it didn't do that and I missed something important, I'm sure I'd be complaining the other direction!

I think you will be happy with this product. It allows you to loop in as many team members as needed from wherever they are.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Ability to communicate quickly and easily with all team members. We are more efficient in patient flow and time is money!
